These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the SayClick mobile application (the “App”) operated by Sayclick Services Private Limited (“Company”, “we”, “us”, “our”). By accessing or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

You must be at least 18 years old to use the App. By using SayClick, you represent and warrant that you have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.

2) Services Overview

SayClick is a platform that connects customers with independent photographers and photo studios for booking professional photography services. We do not directly provide photography services but act as a facilitator.

3) User Accounts

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• You agree to provide accurate and complete information.
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts for violations.

4) Booking & Payments

• All bookings are subject to photographer availability.
• Payments are processed through secure third-party gateways.
• Applicable taxes may be charged as per law.
• Cancellation and refund policies will apply as displayed at booking time.

5) Photographer Responsibilities

• Photographers are independent service providers.
• They are responsible for service quality, delivery timelines, and professional conduct.
• SayClick is not liable for disputes between customers and photographers.

6) Prohibited Activities

• Using the App for unlawful purposes.
• Providing false information.
• Attempting to disrupt platform functionality.
• Harassment or abuse of other users.

7) Intellectual Property

All trademarks, logos, app content, and branding are the property of Sayclick Services Private Limited. Unauthorized use is strictly prohibited.

8) Limitation of Liability

SayClick shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the App or services booked through it.

9) Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the App at our discretion, without prior notice, for violations of these Terms.

10) Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts located in Uttar Pradesh, India.

11) Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
